AVOID!!!!!! RUN AWAY!!!! THIS COMPANY DONT DESERVE EXIST. WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE IN MY 45 YEARS TRAVELING THE WORLD. DISGUSTING PEOPLE, PEASANTS, JUST WANT TO INTIMIDATE YOU AND GET YOU MONEY. HAVE A LOOK AT THE CAR I GOT FROM THEM ! PAID 116 POUNDS FOR THIS ONCE BIG COMPANY OFFERED MUCH LESS FOR FAR TOO MUCH MORE.BIG MISTAKE. CAME FROM HOLIDAY AUTOS THEIR PARTNERS. DONT USE HOLIDAYS AUTO ALSO IF YOU DONT WANT TO RUIN YOUR DESERVE HOLIDAYS. THE TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT WAS MADE BY A PODRID VAN NOT SURPRISE IF YOU FIND VOMIT MARKS INSIDE OR EVEN A RAT. THE CAR THEY GAVE TO ME WAS SO BAD AS YOU CAN SEE THAT ME AND MY WIFE WAS TERRIFY FOR OUR LIFES. THEY ALSO ARE VERY FAMOUS TO KEEP THE DEPOSIT TOO. STAY AWAY, GO TO HERTZ, EUROPE CAR OR SIMILAR. I have rented a car at the Porto airport last month and I have to admit this has been the worst rental experience until now.
First of all, when I had arrived, I was told to call the number on the voucher to pick me up. Then I waited 45 minutes, once they don't have nobody waiting for you.
Second, I have paid 25,50€ for using their services on for out hours. Furthermore, they gave me a different car that I expected, which during the journey the first gear was hard. Also, they block from account bank more than £660 that I didn't understand why and they even didn't explain well. However, the guy tried to sort the problem.
To sum up, it was a different experience from this company and I won't required this services anymore.

BAAADDD COMPANY, don't rent from them. Very unprofessional. No one was waiting at the airport in Lisbon, I called and no one answered the phone after about an hour got someone on the phone, later I realized that they leave the office to pick up customers at the airport and in the meantime no one is there to answer the phone. Rude customer service and extremely poor dirty cars. I ended up not renting and asked for a refund, the staff apologized but unfortunately I ended up having to pay double elsewhere for another car because there was no cars available anywhere at the airport.

The worst experience ever!!!! Don't be stupid to rent a car from this company!!!
Me and my friend rent a car with full to full fuel in it.
When we arrived it was nobody waiting for us to give us the keys! When finally called and spoke with the guy he came to take us with dirty minibus and then he drives us to disgusting office 5-10 minutes away from the airport! We receive a different car than one we booked with no fuel in it.
When we left the car and ask about the fuel which was left the rude lady said that is not hir problem!
Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!!!
Don't trouble yourself to rent online, there is a plenty "rent a car" company soon as you get off the plane!
Hopefully my friend will get back his deposit!

Don't know why it has such bad reviews. Staff was nice, I was able to pay by cash which is nice, car was relatively clean and everything worked with no problems. They don't have the most beautiful office and you usually have to wait a while for a pickup at the airport, but for the price it is one of the best places to rent a car on the island.
