Easy going all inclusive car rental place. Reasonably priced (€47 for a small car for a day no excess). No hidden charges or insurrance traps here.

If you have a chance, dont pick a car at the airport and pick it at funchal with futuro. Most of the rent a cars dont give you the deposit back even in the case you never made a scratch to the car. Futuro doesnt trick or cheat you with the deposit because there is no deposit. Just be respectful with the car and they will give you the best service without any unwanted surprises .
Car had only 30.000 kms and was in perfect condition.

Had two cars, first a SMART with worn suspensions, after complaint they gave me an upgrade and swapped to a bigger car, but had similar problems on rough Madeira roads, very noisy because of worn suspension bushes. Not only noisy but also quite risky.Seems that maintenance has no priority.

10/10, had an issue with our first car but they exchanged it for a similar car no problem at all. Great prices with insurance already included and excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone!
