Pleasant environment during the day, a bit too crowded at night, and I have always been very well received by the bartender. Once I stopped for coffee and the people who I suspect were the owners were unloading stuff, and simply didn't give two s**ts about paying customers waiting to have their orders taken. I left with no coffee.

Great place for the end of the day. It's where the locals go. 2 Eur for a glass of wine and normally at the evening it gets some nice sunshine in the terrace. Loved it.

Great location to enjoy a glass of wine and some nibbles at the end of the day. Waitress had good recommendation for a glass of wine.
The music was not too loud even when sitting inside and the terrasse is big enough to accommodate people on a Friday evening !
Would definitely visit again if back in Porto !

Gorgeous atmosphere, excellent sound track. Came here with my sister on holiday in the evening & it was packed with locals. Came again in the morning. Coffee was pretty acceptable even by Australian standards. Barman spoke good English and told us how the establishment used to be a bookshop & still sells books. Love it!! Definitely coming back later.
