Worst Customer Service Ever. Completely impolite and rude.
We came to the shop near lunch time so I could show the space to a couple of friends who had never been there, and the person in charge, as soon as we literally stepped inside the shop started saying repeatedly and harshly "We're closing" like he didn't want us there. He said it about 4 times in a row. (It wasn't even 12h30am)
I was the last one to enter so I wasn't aware he was being impolite to my friends. I told him "we were just there to see the shop" to let him know it would be quick, and I was thinking that if my friends liked it maybe we would come back after lunch. But he quickly replied and said "on top of all you came here only to watch..." like we wouldn't spend any money so why bother...
My friends were badly impressed with my suggestion, we came out of his shop and we couldn't believe how badly we had just been received.
Gladly, just bellow his shop there was another space called "PARAÍSO DO LIVRO" where the lady was very polite and helpfull. She invited us in showed us a completely different treatment. We ended up coming back to her shop after lunch where I bought over 40 euros of books.
About Timtim por timtim, I'm never coming back to this shop. This was our experience. A badly one, I must say.
