Good place to stay, reception staff is very courteous and helpful, Rosillia was particularly very helpful in guiding us where to go in Porto, location is fabulous just 200m away from Sao Benito Porto station, breakfast spread is limited.

Very bad hotel rooms, especially the bathrooms. Everything is badly thought in there for ease of use.

Breakfast was OK, small choice in my view. Rooms were small and bit dated. Shower and bathroom good.
Generally clean and good central location but rated down for the price we paid and breakfast not served until 7.45 which is quite late start considering the 36C during the day you want to start walking early.

The reception and hall were really beautiful and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, beyond expectation.
The breakfast was ok if a little cake-heavy.
The location is good, very central and close to local bars and restaurants etc.
There was repair work going on at the time so during the day it was very noisy, but that's fine if you're not there!
