Nice shop but I didn't like my experience there. We went with my girlfriend to buy a pair of shoes and we were helped by a young female employee that tried constantly to make us buy another product. And when we told her that we just wanted to focus on the pair of shoes that we wanted to buy she turned upset and stop being nice and just keep doing her job in silence. I seriously don't like this behaviour. If managers want their employees to sell a lot they should learn them before to be dedicated to the real desires of costumers. You have several shoes stores in this area if you don't feel comfortable here you can avoid the New Balance shop without regret.

Stopped to buy some trainers while on holiday. The staff member who helped us was very courteous and described the layout of the store to guide us in finding exactly what we needed. The store is on 3 floor levels with men's on ground floor, ladies sports shoes and clothing on first floor and football clothing and football on 2nd floor level. Very good range of products available. Very happy with the service provided. No disabled access though to get into the store or up to the upper floors (no lift)
