The guy at the help desk was very helpful, the bed was fine and the AC worked great, pretty much just what you need in Puerto Rico

Most of the staff is rude except for a couple of the front desk workers, they unplug ice machine so there's no ice, when it rains water leaks in to some of the rooms, and they shut down the generator in the morning till noon so no power and no ac for those hours. Forget about watching tv only 3 Chanel's work if your lucky. If you want to use the grill to bar b q and propane runs out they give you a hard time about getting some and when they do they want you to pay for it!. If I pay for it I'm taking it with me! Just my thought.

Little hotel just to stay a night or 2. Very Clean room and the employees are very nice.

While clean, the place lacked basics such as there were no tissues, writing paper or bar soap. There is only scarce street parking. Rooms are very small. There is no ice available. Beds are rock hard. Staff adequate, but not very friendly. Coffee service in the lobby only. The coffee cups provided were literally Dixie bathroom cups! You can do better for the money.

It's on Juan pounce de Leon street about 20 min from beaches near bus line and train terminal, nice rooms and good pleasant staff overall a very good stay.
