The place is beuatiful and quiet the view of the oceans is peaceful and magnificent is like you are in heavens the laughter of children are beautiful the bird are nice.

I loved the experience. We bought a bag of dried corn and fed the pigeons. I took great pictures of my mom feeding them. Great memories we will have forever.

This place is beautiful. There are a couple hundred birds so be prepared. You can buy ground corn to feed the birds outside the park. There is this really old tree that the birds chill on, and they live inside these square holes on the side of the building. If you hold your hand just right, the birds will eat right out of it.

Nice place to visit and feed the local pigeons that have a great view of the ocean and their very own one room condos. This is also close to the Guinness world record smallest apartment it's just around the corner. Ask the locals, they'll point it out to you. It's an airbnb stay if your interested.

It was a hot day in San Juan, and the park was a nice, shady diversion from the tight streets within the old fort. I found the whole pigeon park area to be slightly gross but pretty interesting, but it is a separate area from the main park and easily avoided if too many pigeons in one small area isn't your cuppa.
I thought I might get yelled at by the police for jumping up trying to grab a seed pod off a tree to inspect it, but I ended up watching a slightly overweight cop jumping for seeds when I came down empty handed.
There are some lovely, cool shaded area, and a number of amazing trees; well worth a visit when wandering the old city.
