High quality coffee, though I am not a fan of how their roast tastes. Kinda woodsy/cedary and nutty. They are consistent though.

The prices are a bit high for what you get. I had a macchiato, and it wasn't really anything special. The atmosphere is great and the outdoor seating overlooks the museum court. Baristas speak perfect English, and they do offer milk alternatives (soy, almond).

"Farm-to-table" coffee with great aromas and flavor. Cozy coffee shop located at courtyard of historical building Cuartel de Ballaja. They have natural teas options, hot chocolate, sandwiches and cookies, also a delicious sunday brunch!!!

Having been traveling for the past two weeks in search of a good cup of coffee, upon my exit from the jungle, I stumbled upon Don Ruiz...this is like finding the fountain of youth! Incredible coffee, all hand crafted with great service. We'll worth the two week wait! 😉 ☕ 👌👌👌
