Last Friday we found out on our last day of our cruise the hotel we booked closed down. We didnt no what we were going to do. My husband went on book it and found a place that had 1 room left it was at La Terraza in old San Juan. When we got their the staff was attentive , helpful ,and happy they could accommodate us. The place was clean, had electricity, and running water. Our room was big and nicely decorated. The owner was so nice as well as the staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone we are planning to stay there next year.

Get a room above the first floor. Nice staff, good location for a short stay, beyond that not much to do in area. Not a luxury hotel. Not near a beach. If that is what you want, advise to stay at beach resort.

Large, clean room with three sets of large doors opening to a narrow balcony with a street view. Lovely tile floors. Great shower with good water pressure. Staff is very helpful! Nice little bar on the street and a bar/ restaurant upstairs. Good prices for room and food.

Stayed here one night after a cruise. Staff was very helpful and actually upgraded us to a suite for no additional charge. Rooms are immaculate and bathrooms have been updated. Rooftop bar and pool provide an excellent view of the city. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Old San Juan.

Very cute boutique hotel with friendly staff and cute decor. The rooftop is a really nice place to hang out. The pool is a little small though but still nice to hop in for a little bit. Giving this place 4 stars because the bathroom was a little musty and the shower had a cool design but leaked all over the bathroom floor. Despite this, I highly recommend staying here if you're in Old San Juan. It's at a great location!
