Had a car booked and pre arranged, they decided to take the day off... There were multiple people who had the same issue Tuesday 14th Feb. Don't bother renting here, you will just have to walk elsewhere to rent anyhow. Quite possibly the last time I will use National anywhere.

Dishonest advisors, charge different rates to different people. Paid 1560 qar for rental while others paid 1330.
Waited four hours more than delivery time of car. Very unprofessional for a company of their size.
Advisor named Ali never provides complete information so I ended up paying more than I should. Awful rental experience, much better options out there.
