Nice steady climb, lots of curves a few really steep climbs and downhills depending on the chosen route from the Stones onwards, moderate speeds achievable burning calories like a steamer. The sights refresh something if not the muscles :)
Always nice and cozy, be it sun, rain or wind it never reaches the circuits, shielded by magic forest trees.

Beautiful place, streams, hills, and you can also get fresh cold water in your own bottles.
Nice place for a hike, bike ride, or just a place to do a barbecue next to a nice stream.
Public bus access and nice driving road also.

I walked to Pietrele lui Solomon from the centre of Brasov old town. The walk there was nice, but along a road. You could also get there by bus if you wanted. When you arrive there are some picnic benches in a beautiful valley. You can then explore the valley and walk a little further, this is where the really beautiful views are. I visited in December in the snow and I loved it. There were a few other people around but it wasn't crowded at all at this time of year.
