I did'n have a nice experience in this local. The service is poor and the waiters don't pay any attention to you when you have to order. I wouldn't recommend this local. The only advantage is the proximity of Carol Park.

Poor services. We waited one hour and a half for our order, and when the food came it was cold. The orders made online have priority, despite the orders in the restaurants, that are neglected. The waiter was ok though, because we showed her the pasta we ordererd and couldn't it it, because it looked and tasted awful. At the end, she took it out of the check and gave us a 10% discount, for the check. Either way, I don't recommend this place!

The only good thing I can say is that the staff was helpful and the food came quick.
BUT..... they have 3 tv sets in a rather small room, plus the music coming out of the speakers. It was noisy that you could not hear yourself think. On top of this they had 2 anniversaries going on at the same time, in the same room, but still kept it open for other customers such as ourselves. We were left to be served last after the main tables.
The food was bland (pizza) or really bad (pana cotta). Nothing to brag about.

Good Service. They speak English, delivery is offered, prices are fair, service is timely.
Try some of the competitors if you don't think this is a big deal, The closest one to my office with a fantastic website don't even answer the fixed or mobile phones! Never mind taking my order. Believe me, Presto is not in competition with some of the other service providers. Credit where it is due, can't fault them.
