Only rating it 3 stars because of the staff that was not only rude, but they didn't care about us. Otherwise, they have a good cocktail selection to choose from.

It has a nice summer terrace in the museum square (this square is closed for vehcile traffic). A coffee in this square should be on your to do list if you visit Cluj! /// Localul are o terasă de vară frumoasă în piața Muzeului (piață pietonală). De vizitat.
