It couldn't get any better. As a foreigner in this country with no knowledge about the romanian language and not knowing much about how to rent a car. The company and the owner made it so easy for me that I didn't feel like I am not from here. Also, the cars have all the luxuries to have a smooth drive. My experience with this company is much more better than what I expected. You have a loyal customer now.
If you are visiting Cluj and want to rent a car, don't think twice. RINO should be your ultimate choice.

Only the best can be said in order to describe this company and the services it provides. Having visited Cluj many times and rented car many times I want to underscore that this company constitutes the BEST of its kind in Cluj - Napoca.
As far as the cars are concerned, they have all the luxuries and musts that someone would like to have in a car that he rents for his vacations. They do not present any problem and they are really comfortable.
As far as the owner is concerned, he is really friendly, always there for you when you need him, really helpful and communicative.
In other words, he is the right man for this kind of job, since he takes care of the cars and meets your expectations.
When you visit Cluj and you want a car.. dont think of it. RINO is the one and only sollution.
