Too hot! I was at a wedding in July. The AC was not sufficient to keep the room at a good temperature.

I stayed at Hotel Royal for about two weeks. It was kept very clean, the staff were amazing and honest, and the food was great! I could not have stayed at a better hotel while in Romania. It was also located in a good area were I could walk to the cities center in roughly 10 minutes. When my group that I was with left for home we were crying and so was the staff. We developed a friendship while staying there. Five stars for the most awesome, friendliest hotel in Craiova!🇷🇴👌🏼👍🏾🙌🏽🤗
I stayed at Hotel Royal for about two weeks. It was kept very clean, the staff were amazing and honest, and the food was great! I could not have stayed at a better hotel while in Romania. Stayed at the Royal in Craiova for 3 nights at the beginning of August, 2015. Hotel is situated in a quiet district but within walking distance of the centre of Craiova. The room was very well appointed with an excellent bathroom. The staff at the reception spoke very good English and were extremely helpful in suggesting places to eat and providing directions. There was a very wide choice for breakfast in the morning.
