Rooms are ok.
But service very poor. not cleaned well.
and Staff not cooperative.
we stayed here for a Chess Tournament, and this was an official hotel. The way they treats to deligates were very bad. we had to eat what they gave, irrespective of our choices. No vegetarian options.

Restaurant experience was awful. Not the food, the people. We were charged extra, the menu is misleading, prices are not correctly written. I had a menu with sidedish included (written on menu) and got chared twice. Staff was also non cooperant and rude. Think twice before going there. I am not returning there

Main problem was that as a hotel guest we were unable to use the restaurant most of the time due to being reserved for private party for people outside the hotel. If you would want to eat/drink you would need to call a cab and go in the town. Other then that, decent rooms with no hair dryer, no room service, very little choice of drinksfrom the reception.
