The best location, the worst service.
I looked for the crowded place thinking there was a reason for it, so disappointed.
Waitress was rude, even though she speaks English.
Ordered a mushroom soup and it lacked flavor.
Ordered the EMCY Square burger. It came with a fried egg, bacon, onions, lettuce. Frozen burger patty. Didn't like it.

I have been in Romania since September and have occasionally ordered a hamburger with fries. This is by far the best hamburger and fries I've had. The meat was flavorful and cooked well, the bun was not soggy and the fries were nice and crisp, served with choices of dipping sauces. The service was quick,friendly and helpful.
