If you want to meet your friends in an underground place and try pita cu unsoare, boia si gogonele" OR "pita cu jumari si ceapa" this is the place in Sibiu. They also have local, cheap beer. Friendly waiters, good atmosphere. Worth going at least once.

Located in the heart of the town, this old fashioned bar is one of the cheapest places that still offers an authentic experience. Besides a modest selection of alcohol beverages, visitors have the chance to also grab a bite from some traditional homemade dishes.

Nice place for an evening. Good local beer and local wine selections and good metal music. Also they serve a lot of traditional food like "pita cu zacusca" or "pita cu unsoare si ceapa". Good prices and the owner is a very good host.
