Очень душевное место, такое ощущение что попал на какую-то квартирную вечеринку, где все хорошие знакомые или друзья, включая персонал.
Если хочется посидеть, пообщаться, выпить в неформальной обстановке или познакомиться - то заведение подойдет. Полная противоположность иксам.

What a place. Where to begin? The bartenders are beyond excellent, just indicate what you like and they'll prepare the cocktail of your dreams. The food is tasty and not expensive. The atmosphere is great and the people met there adorable (clients and staff), we were in Krasnoyarsk for one night only and spending time at The Welcome Bar was the best decision we could have made.
Definitely recommended to all travelers.
