It's of a great historical value. This house looks really neat and is maintained in a decent condition. What I particularly like about it is an unusual setting-out. Lots of furniture, books and other possessions of Leo Tolstoy's family.

The amazing museum carefully presenting the life of the Russian writer and his huge family. 10 people kept the house going on a regular basis!

The Tolstoy House was well preserved and provided lots of interesting information about their lives. Accommodations for non Russian speakers was good.
