If there is smoking area inside the hotel, I'd give it 5 star. The other parts are quite decent.

Noisy, rude hotel guests and too-thin walls are a sorry combination indeed.This hotel abounds with both. Utterly crap experience with next to no help from hotel staff. I will not stay here again...
