Отель понравился.
Плюсы: Удобное расположение в центре города Сочи, с удобным подъездом и доступным расположением к общественному транспорту и вокзалам.
3 минуты до пляжа. Бесплатная парковка. Чистые номера с видами на море. Отличный шведский стол с приятной ценой.
Минусы: Поясним, почему поставили 4 звезды: тесные лифты, которые не справляются с потоком в час пик и шумная канализация в туалете, но это мелочи :).

The real rate is 3 stars. Everything is so old and need replacing.

Excellent views. Clean rooms and nice personnel. We stayed here for 10 days and wish to stay for more.
Good breakfasts, but I would not recomment to order dinners and lunches - they are mostly made from what's left from breakfasts.
