If you have a choice take the 3rd floor. I had a bad luck to stay at the 5th. It was quite awful -- would you wish to experience a classic Soviet hotel go for it.

Good option for a stop in Yekaterinburg. Right next to the train station where the Trans Siberian Railway stops. The rooms are large and clean. 15 minutes walk from the city center, but there are good public transport options.
