Чисто но неуютно. Номера стандарт меблированы бюджетно. Розеток в комнате недостаточно и расположены очень неудобно. 20-ти дюймовый тв годится разве что на кухню.
Вообщем, до 4-х звезд не дотягивает.

Ну какие 5*...? Слабо. Лаунжи и ресторан на уровне. Но центр.... Нравится здесь венское кафе и бутики.

Foyer is beautiful but looks can be deceiving. Rooms are tiny with no heaters. When we first arrived there was an awful smell in the hotel room so we left and came back 3 hours later and it still smelled. Only heater in the room is a portable one you have to plug in.
I was charged 101 U.S. Dollars two times for a 15 dollar breakfast. I checked my bank statement because they had given me only one receipt for credit back. They charged me twice and are now telling me it was only charged once even though my bank statement shows different. The receptionist and waitress that made the mistake were horribly rude. I see why no one stays in this hotel and why the rates are so low. The blind leading the blind. Stay away from this place. The 5 star rating is deceiving.

Wonderful. The pictures profiled here are NOT from the hotel. Front desk staff is helpful and speak English, though those in other areas do not speak as well. Clean, luxurious, and beautiful hotel, good location. Couples and families will enjoy this hotel I believe. Great food at breakfast. Cheese plates, smoked salmon, traditional salads, eggs, espresso machine. Full service fitness center. Also a sauna and steam room available but I could not enjoy due to scheduling conflicts. All these are included in your hotel room price. For anything else they are available if you pay. The only thing: no wifi in the bedrooms, just in public areas.
