Good thing about thia fitness time is instructor. Very few places you will find instructor who speaks your langauage. Instructor is from hyderabad his name is sardar and he gives individual attention

A new standard for Fitness in the country! Everything from equipments to facilities are commendable! I've spent months in this branch, feels better than the others I've been to.

This place is very good but comparing to other fitness time branches the bathrooms and changing room are not clean here. The equipments here are a bit old as it is the first fitness time branch in Jeddah.
The good thing here is that is has a football (soccer), Basketball and voleyball grounds here which attracts more public in the evening time.
