Nice hotel, not all staff understand English, Nice rooms , can be a bit confusing to get around first but you get used to it...location is really good and the views aswell depending on which rooms get. There can be up to 4 twin sizes beds a room. Nice breakfasts at the reaturants...they have like 4 restaurants. P11 is the lobby main floor, concierge service is quite fast. Getting a ride out may take some time

I love this place, just a few steps from Haram, very convenient for Unrah and Hajj. Mövenpick Makkah known for his F&B offering. We enjoyed Breakfast and Friday Brunch.
The variety of Friday brunch is remarkable, international cuisines, Moroccan corner with traditional cuscus, Lebanese Messa, Saudi traditional oozi, live pasta station, shawarma, in-house pastry selection makes buffet rich and famous in Makkah.
Chef Hytham was always around the buffet and interacting with customers. Bilal, Samir and rest of the service crew provided an amazing service.
Room are spacious and we enjoyed a Kaaba view room, check in and check out process was so easy and well organized. Hamada and rest of the FRONT Desk team was very helpful throughout the stay.
Room was cleaned well and organized.

Be careful for their plugs.its totally different from plugs I have seen. It's really near to the Holy mosque. Their beds is so-so. AC & bathroom are perfect.

Rooms are a good size. Service is generally very good. Breakfast had a nice variety. Elevators are very quick. Short distance to the Haram, but I would advise going at least 30 to 40 mins before a waqt during peak times. Food places are in the same building, but if you require less pricey food I would suggest leaving the building and using the shops outside the malls.

Room, Service and food are good - very convenience in term of distance from Grand Mosque but restaurants - 3-4 or them- can be crowded during eating hours especially during Ramadan
