This is one of the good hospital in the city. specially Doctors in the hospital,and luckily all types of insurance work here even low classes ,it is well organised though it is old hospital.we spent the night in shared room ,it was clean the A.C worked well,it has a bathroom the nurses were kind and nice specially the night staff . thanks for the kindness.

its 1st time I visited Riyadh care and found the service good so far. I am going to consult pediatric Dr tarek.

Hospital is good and doctors as well. But customer service at the reception specially the main hall is very bad and dealing with unacceptable attitude. In other words unfriendly and useless.

A very dissapointing service experienced starting from the reception to the Doctor (Gyno). Receptionsit unable to communicate to the patients properly. Doctor demonstrated a rushing attitude and wanted to skip to the next patient. Insurance department wanted the Doctor's reasoning for prescribing specific medicine. Doctor is not aware of this reasoning request. Mis-communication between the insurance department and Doctor. Patient was asked to run between the buildings and find solution themselves.

One of the best hospitals were we get our treatments. Latest equipment’s and also professional staff. Of course there are other hospitals as well but being nearest to our residence we used to visit this place.
