Newly opened hotel with a descent prices. Also they have a restaurant near to the pool in the open area. Thier location is amazing and near from all the trendy places in Riyadh

I had a very important interview & test for promotion during my visit in Riyadh. I hade chosen this hotel. I request a wake up call. But no body wake me up. I have lost my chance for promotion. I called the receptionist who just say sorry for this big mistake. I request a meeting or a call from the hotel manager to complaine. The dury manager called me and he never apologise and just say I will invistigate in this issue. When I checked out I request a quick meeting with the hotel manager just to let him know the big mistake that his staff did. The manager dosn't seem that he cares about his customers. He didn't show up. After 1 hour waiting, I went back to the reception asking them again to meet the hotel manager. This time the reception manger had a meeting with me to just clarify the hotel manager is busy in another meeting. Shame on Barrira to have this kind of staff.

I visited the restaurant in the hotel for Suhour in Ramadan. The Decoration is fantastic and the smell in the lobby is wonderful. But, I was not satisfied. The variety of food was not enough as a buffet. Most of the main dished were too salty and cold. I asked the waiters many time to get new forks and knife and unfortunately, I had to go and take it myself. Honestly, I will never visit this restaurant again.
