The rooms are spacious but everything looks old and the kitchen is not so pleasant

I have stayed for about 2 months in this Hotel and following is my observation:
Pros:
The hotel is situated in city center and very near to our office
Hotel has a kitchen suitable for some basic cooking
Cons:
There is a big problem with the internet, On weekends the problem would be at peaks
No bathtub in the bathroom, so when you take a shower then its like the whole bathroom will be like a mini swimming pool.
House keeping are slow in response and sometimes dont even respond
The people in reception i belive doesnt even have a basic qualification in Hotel Management
Breakfast on weekend and Sunday will cover the leftovers of the previous day party. They provide breakfast just to show that the breakfast is provided else its so poor.

Pro:
1) Rooms were very spacious and airy.
2) Front desk was friendly and polite
3) Many amenities (Small fridge, Electric Kettle, Microwave, Decent size LED TV)
Cons:
1) Bathroom is a big let down, water pressure way too low, no shower curtains (the whole bathroom gets spoilt after a shower).
2) Lighting is pretty bad (faulty switches, kitchenette exhaust not working, light was pretty dim and LED could not be changed as holders were broken due to aging).
3) small kitchenette (though without chimney which makes it useful only for very light cooking).
4) room services have huge scope of improvement in terms of attitude.
5) only arabic channels on TV (except BBC and 1 hindi channel).
6) no other services (like gym), no supermarket in vicinity.
7) limited electric sockets (just 1, that too far from bed)
