Gym is good but the coaches and aren't friendly, too arrogant and racist people, they treat according to your nationality and status.

The gym is classy and clean... the vip section is really nice although littile bit small

Good gym with better ambiance. Couch Mr Israr is best.

I'm comparing Jeddah gold's gym and the Riyadh one. They both have the same equipment even the Riyadh one have a couple that Jeddah doesn't have. The downside for Riyadh branch in the number of free weights (plates 45lb 35lb etc..) they are very limited. It's easy to run out of weights if there are few people training. Another thing is that the barbell are of the light and small type not the typical 45lb.
I'm not sure about the prices here but they should be the same. If only this gym is a 24hour one like Jeddah it would have been great.

A bunch of liars and unfriendly salesmen and management (starting from the big manager till the smallest one in the group) who are ready for anything just to add new membership to the gym.
Coaches need training and some to be more friendly.
Good equipment.
