فرع سيئ وزحمة في المراجعين وقلة في الموظفين علشان تجدد الصرافة او تحدث معلوماتك يبيلك ترابط من فتح البنك حتى الظهر وهم طبعا غير مهتمين تظرا لكثرة العملاء وعدم وجود رقيب ومشرفهم سيئ التعامل وغير مهتم بسمعة البنك سوف اقفل حسابي عندهم وطبعا لكثرة عملائهم لن يهمهم ذلك للاسف

They are very friendly, but when I reached with my salary cheque, they told me that the amount and amount in alphabet should be written either English or Arabic (In my cheque There were Arbic and English mixed). So, they are very sorry that they can't cash the cheque. When I reach the exit gate, the security person called me and told me wait. After that they accept my cheque and gave me cash....
