The car (41.000km) was scratched badly on every possible side. The outside of the car was dirty and it was quite obvious the car hasn't been washed for quite some time. That includes windows and the windshield.
In general they don't accept debit cards and they charge in local currency which in turn means you'll probably get overcharged when converted back to € or $ or whatever.
They ask for ridiculous amount of warranty money. In my case (in the beginning) they wanted to authorize 20x my booking amount. Something around 2000€.
The above fact in combination with the serious scratches made me nervous in case they've missed one scratch when they noted them down and that I would have to pay a lot when returning it back.
In general it was a terrible experience, not what you expect from Hertz.

The staff at this location are very polite and curious and they spoke English really well! However, the car I received had 100,000+ kms on it (first time I got a car over 40,000km and I rent at Hertz every week). The car was very dirty on the outside while inside, it was clear that people smoked in it. It even had an ash tray! The worst part is that the car literally had over 50+ scratches/dents on it ... and with the insurance policy having a deductible of $800 euro, it gave me lots of stress since I was not sure if we had covered every dent during the pre-inspection. At the end, they did not charge me anything extra, but I am not sure that I will return again.

They don't accept debit cards! Which is weird as long as they could block the money it should be accepted. Waste of time and confusing ! Was my first time at Herts and def my last!
