After the initial confusion regarding the manual or automatic car, all went smoothly from there. For the above reason, we did not get the car we wanted, but it was handled quickly and we do believe service was excellent. Would definitely use the agency again.

Highly reputable company with excellent vehicles to chose from at the price that is below city's market rate. We used one of their automatic cars and the experience was very good.
Staff was very pleasant and ready to help.
We also liked their office location, close to Kalemegdan, Zoo and everything we needed and wanted to see during our trip.
We will definitely use them again.
