I wish I could give a big fat 0 rating!!!This is the worse hotel I ever stayed at. I was on a tour with a group, so the hotel was reserved by the tour company. We checked in and handed our passports to the receptionist. We were told to leave our luggage there as someone will bring them over to the room. The toilet and bidet are was full of vomit, so someone forgot to clean that and it was so disgusting. I decided to quickly have a shower as I was sweating all day. The lady friend told me the old guy receptionist brang the lugguages up and he didn't leave and demanded a tip from her for he was standing there a good 5 minutes or so. I thought what if I came out of the shower naked, you can"t have your own privacy??? That's not the only thing that old rude receptionist guy did, at the reception I asked him for my passport as I needed it, he said come back 30 minutes, after 30 minutes I went back and he shouted at me that he is busy and couldn't do it (obviously too busy going to clients rooms and demanding/ waiting on money rather than doing his job) I told him that he should't be rude and shout at his customers that way. A very rude, disrespectful low life of a person, who has no customer service what so ever! He didn't care about my needs, so I decided to go up to my room, quickly pack up the things I unpacked and walked out of that awful hotel. I have traveled around the world, but this has to be the worse hotel experience I have ever come across.

Superb quality and great prices. Love this place. It is in the town centre. It is very clean and interior feels new and quite expensive. Overall.. IT is on of the best 4 stars hotel on the town

Very nice hotel, located in the center of Belgrade. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is delicious at the restaurant, deserts are great. Great experience!!!
