Service is awful, extremely slow, it takes them 40 minutes to get your order (that does not take more than 10 minutes to prepare) and just as long to get you a check. They serve cold drinks in very hot glasses, ice melts in glasses by the time it reaches your table. Huge place that takes a lot of people and not enough staff to support it. During rush hour (lunch break) you spend most of your break waiting for the order and then only get about 10 minutes to eat. Very bad service. Must hire a lot more staff to support very high demand during peak hours.
[Edit] Also, they mix up orders, forget to bring stuff, then you need to wait another 15 minutes for tomato salad you ordered with your main course, and you only get it half way through your meal, after having asked for it for the fifth time.

Average and overpriced food. Restaurant has monopoly in the business district and therefore has not to change much. Mostly there is overcrowded and rarely you will not fin available place on the lunch time. Stuff is professional. There is happy hour 2 for 1 on the Friday after work hours and that is ok.
