Great place with many cultural happening. One side of park has amphitheater where usually are at least one music stage when it’s time for “Nisville JAZZ Festival”, or theater stage on time when film meetings are in town.
Same side of park in summer and autumn time is place of gathering of many youth people, where they have good time in music, small talk and inexpensive drink from local stor

Beatifull place, near the Nišava river, building used to be an Officer's main place for meetings and free time in the time of the Kingdom of Serbian, Croats and Slovenians. Nice place to spend time, reflects history from the Otoman empire across the time of Kingdom to WW2 and modern history - bombing of '99.
