Really luxory lobby bar, with several interesting parts, comfortable sofas, wide offer of drinks, kind and polite stuff. It looks beautiful. Good place for bussiness meetings.

Best hotel in Bratislava. Service is decent, but still room for improvements: 1) better communication in case offer of services is limited 2) better personalization - know your returning guests and their preferences 3) if there are rules enforce them - what is the point of having restaurant dress code if guys in smelly gym shirts are welcomed for breakfast too. Same in the spa area

Very nice and comfortable hotel, great facilities and service. Location is not ideal and a touch expensive for Bratislava. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

It's 5 star so service is adequated to it. Very cozy place. It is situated directly on the river bank and part of the building is over the river. Very nice view. Close to the city center. Above the area is parlament building and Bratislava castle.

If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, excellent ambiance, delicious food, friendly staff, and all the goodness that you can think of, this is the place for you. The location is so strategic. You can enjoy walking along Danube boardwalk and the castle is also not that far. You just have to be patient because a few of the staff may have challenges with the English language. But overall, my one-week stay there gave me an excellent experience. Oh, by the way, don’t forget to turn off the Do Not Disturb sign when you go out of the room. They really don’t disturb you. Even if it’s time to clean your room. :)
