helpful receptionist and restaurant staff were hospitable. Their standard room was spacious and the ambience of the room was cheerful. Comfortable bed, modern style room and clean surroundings. They also have spa but we did not try as it. Was over our budget. The public transport are about 10mins away for the bus and 15mins for the tram. Breakfast was superb. Good food in their restaurant too. Will definitely recommend...

I have no idea about the quality of rooms or service but i can say one thing, their receptionists are the best in Slovakia. We rent a car from Avis but it was closed due to national holiday. They helped us a lot to find a transport for our destination. They even tried to reach airport office of Avis for us. We weren't even customers of the hotel and receiving such hospitality is beyond my expectations.

The double room is adequate but the bathroom is little. It's also old with a tiny shower. The air conditioner works fine. It's more than twenty minutes from a centre by public bus. Breakfast is great, it's the most valuable thing of the hotel. I didn't eat at the restaurant neither used the hotel facilities.
