Can't get insurance claim for around a year. It was simple 50 eur child visit to a doctor during vacation - provided them with all the docs they've asked, and in every email they are asking for the same things that already were provided to them. NEVER - EVER Use únion insurance - you will pay them, but will never get any money back in case of claim. And I'm not the only one. The worst insurance experience ever.

Ešte som nezažil takú aroganciu a ako môže mať hlavná pobočka v Bratislave len 2 pracovníčky na riešenie žiadosťi

Dostal som upomienku na zaplatenie poistného, bohužiaľ šek mi nedošiel. Nechápem prečo. Ešte že ma urgovali a som zvedavý , či budem platiť penále nie z mojej viny

Zazila jsem i prijemnejsi personal, ale nakonec kupodivu jsem vse uspesne vyridila
