Avoid this place like the plague! Worst restaurant I've ever eaten in. There is an incredible restaurant in spiss just opposite the castle. Great food, wonderful enthusiastic
Owner. Everything this place is not. I ordered the ribs, a third of which were inedible. Menu is misleading as it says 3.90 euro for 100g. They then bring you 700g of tasteless fatty meat which costs a whopping 15 euro; the portion size of which you have no choice over. and a "salad" which is just a couple of cheap gherkins out of a jar. Ingredients are cheap and nasty. Everything you pay for as well! 80 cents for ketchup 2 euro for cutlery. This is a cynical joyless tourist trap of the highest order. I should add its not properly lit at night, I fell over and injured my toe as a result!

Good price/quality. Mostly traditional Slovak food. Veteran options available, but limited.

Terrible service. 1 hour waiting and geting nothing. We had to leave this place after one hour still hungry and thirsty. No explanation, no excuse.

This place could be better. There is no English menu, slow service, cesnacka soup was too cold, another dish like sausage dough was fried in old fat. Not recommend to anyone

If you are looking for authentic Slovak cuisine, at a good price and great service, this is the place. There is the added bonus that it is a stone's throw from spíš castle. Wide variety and pleasant atmosphere. Popular for lunch especially. I recommend this place.
