A nice gallery. Included with the Ljubljana card and well worth a visit. Many lesser-known artists that lived, worked or died in Slovenia are represented. The original Rabbo Fountain (the one in the centre is a copy) is also here. Realism is well represented as well as various religious art from the 1300-1500 era. There are several canvases that depict Ljubljana and the surrounding countryside several hundred years ago which I found interesting.
The museum building is well situated between Tivoli park and the centre near to two other museums.

Gallery with retrospective of Slovenian painters and those who painted in Slovenia. The gallery itself is a wonderful work of art, especially the main room on the top floor. Well worth a visit.

Very historic and cultural arts. Make sure you get to the museum three of four hours earlier. I've been three times and still haven't seen it all. It's so big! I thinks it's in three or four floors.
