Great place for dinner or an evening cocktail. Try their dishes with locally sourced Fonda sea bass. Very good price / quality ratio.

We had an amazing dinner here while on our honeymoon- the Seabass carpaccio was amazing, the wine pairings that went with it were perfection, and our server was next level hospitable. This was one of our favorite meals in Slovenia, and we are so grateful we were able to slide in without reservations! I highly recommend if you are in Piran.

Very fresh seafood and good service. No menu when we went, just a verbal list of the seafood they had that day and how it could be prepared. We had risotto with asparagus and scampi (a little underseasoned but easy to fix), sea bass carpaccio, a whole sautéed bass (perfectly cooked win crisp skin and juicy meat), and some pasta with truffles (kinda heavy but flavorful). The owner offered us some homemade slivovitz on our way out. Delicious and I'm not blind yet.

Lovely place with fresh seafood and affordable prices. Don't look for the menu - there is no one, just ask what's available today. Borovnica is the best!

One if the most expensive restaurants I've been to. Food is very good. But to pay €60 for a medium sized piece of fish is outrageous!
