It's like stepping back into the 1950's. Not a single attempt is made here to offer any meal that doesn't contain animal products. You used to have a Chickpea Roti and your Couscous salad can easily be made without honey. Soya & Almond milk is also easy to stock as they don't expire as quick as cows milk. Seriously, not difficult.
