Extra costs on the bill that the contract said were included. Very high cost for topping up on gas that would have paid for a full tank elsewhere. No response from two emails to dispute the costs. Turned into an expensive rental. Air conditioner broke on the first day and couldn't open the trunk from inside the car, though the car was fairly new. Would not recommend.

Really disappointed! website wouldn't show hidden costs, turned out to be expensive rental. When we complained staff didn't care at all. The car we rented online wasn't there, the "same class" car was definitely worse then what we wanted to rent. Worst experience.

I used the JHB airport branch and they are more than bad. Their hidden costs and dishonesty is nothing short of theft.
