As a vehicle owner my vehicle was damaged and severely stained on the inside on its first rental. Turned out that the renters friends were also driving the car without my knowledge. RMR fully paid for the cleaning of the vehicle and for all the repairs that needed to be done. The online booking systems work very well. Only thing i would recommend is a more strict renter screening process. When your vehicle gets damaged by someone who doesn't care about your car the time costs of getting it fixed is enormous.

Seriously... 'comprehensive' cover has an excess of R5k, and even a minor buffable scratch will leave you out of pocket! Even if an insurance claim isn't put through! Total rip off, so many scammers, avoid like the plague - they don't follow their own rules and requirements in any way, shape or form. CPA time?

Wow -worst experience. Paid for comprehensive cover. Damage to the bumper cost R5k and because the basic excess flat rate is R5k I basically pay for the new bumper. What's the point of comprehensive cover if I have to pay the full amount of the damage???!! The 'excess' on that should be R500. Shocking. Plus if you read the 'trust and safety' and 'insurance' page there is no mention of the flat rate! Only when you search for 'damage claim' or dig a little deeper, surprise!! You only told that you must pay R5k flat rate for excess!!!
