Never ever again. Booked a flexi ticket with the idea that I could cancel it if need be if my plans changed. Paid a premium so that I would have an easy way to manage a complex booking. So much for that! Their cancellation policies actually don’t mean that you get a full refund, even when you book a flexi ticket WITH A CANCELLATION GUARANTEE. Enough now. No more Travelstart.
Update: Travelstart still only agreed to pay R9500 of my R25000 booking back. And they keep your money for 6-8 weeks. Bunch of thieves.

Booked a flight and was offered a 50% Uber discount, which I never received despite sending numerous queries via email. Customer service = Minimal.

Yes, you can book on various carriers...but try and make a change, that's clearly how they make their money. Frankly - NEVER AGAIN!

The most awful service ever. I've booked the ticket with baggage and soon have received the confirmation ONLY for the ticket, but no luggage. I have contacted travelstart for several times, but the only answer I had, was "It is not our fault, its the problem of Alitalia". In Alitalia I should pay 80 Euros for the baggage extra, they had no idea of the "technical error" (as said the travelstart) and it was just a BIG swindle. Then I wanted the full refund of the ticket, because I needed luggage and I was given the "best" answer ever: "Its not our fault and we would not do this. Chiao"
So I DO NOT recommend this service!!! DO NOT USE IT!!!!!!!!!
