I've never turned away food at a restaurant before but the over microwaved, bouncy, dry, left-over ravioli I got was not even worth a second bite. The manager did apologize and gave us a pizza on the house which wasn't bad at all. My advice; stick to the pizza.

I didn't get as far as experiencing Andiamo - we sent an email reservation request two days before my birthday, to book dinner ON my birthday, and they never came back to us.
Also, they don't respond to complaints about them via Twitter, or Hellopeter.
Pathetic.

Food was great and the prices very good. They left one item off our platter and after I inquired, the manager returned with it and apologized. Very good service. Definitely one of my spots from now on.
