....we have been here on a few occasions and every-time come we experience the same friend-lii welcome and good service from the staff who always make us feel at home and is always read-ii to give us their full attention and service! The place is well set out and the pews are very comfortable allowing one to set in comfort with enough leg-room and to enjoy the real true S.A. Steaks! Meat is always fresh and of a high qualitii and prepared just as requested never did we have to request a manager to complain about anything! Even there desserts are good and very delightful-lii delicious at all times! We always enjoy ourselves here!..............

My experience at Cattle Baron was amazing, my husband took me out for a Romantic Dinner. The service and meal we had was awesome. Great place for couples.

It's just not what it used to be when it opened up in 2001. The food is over priced for what you get and the feeling there is not where you want to be on a date. My wife and I just left and ended up at the Cattle Baron Grill house in Tyger valley water front. Same pricing but so much better ambiance.

Sitting here right now. Service great. Ordered a Fillet at almost R200. Got a piece of leather. Definitely not Fillet! Sirloin at best. Sent it back and now 10min later waiting. Lets see.

This place is highly recommended as it is warm, cosy and has excellent service. The staff is friendly and you can ask them basically anything and the manager is always around checking if everything is okay. I love this place as it is my go to place for supper as their burgers are so meaty and their steaks are the best I have ever had at a steak house. The waiting period is quite timely and I have had one or two very minor things happen but all in all really worth it. If I could, I would actually give them a 4.5 ☺
