Complete lack of service. Staff are unfriendly and seem untrained. I have to use the Zapper App to pay for my lunch as I receive a voucher from work. However every time I go to use my Zapper at KFC it is "offline" yet at other establishments Zapper is never offline. So this is clearly not a Zapper problem but a KFC problem.

Serving an upmarket area, this KFC is rather busy due to the many offices in the area. Large seating facility and being close to the Soccer stadium and tourist accommodation area means this store is often packed.
Selling the normal KFC fare but open 24 hours makes this a very attractive feature.
